Raftaar An Obsession is a different film in the sense that the lover boy turns out to be the boy whom everybody would hate as he is in love with a married woman.Indian sentiments don't tolerate such stuff as a married woman is always a bhabhi. No Indian would love his wife to be loved by another boy in the truest sense.Yet, the film holds for just one reason. Writer-director Vickey S. Kumar has managed to hold the audience interest till the end as he treats the film like a new born baby and puts in a lot of effort to make the newcomers act. Performances of Mukesh Tiwari and Mukesh Rishi are a treat to watch and they save the film to a great extent.The CAPE FEAR inspiration has already given the Indians films like PARWANA, KANOON KYA KAREGA,QAYAMAT and DARR earlier and one wonders why this fifth inspiration came ?
